You get what you pay for,not the Hilton all my needs were catered for it is a hotel with roughly 20 steps on the stairs,no elevator,no disability access to upper rooms. From parking of my motorbike,to lovely friendly service by all staff, making you feel very welcome.Meals, dessert, cappuccino were excellent. Bed was lovely and comfy/soft on my tail bone after riding 10 hours.I stayed 2 nights, arriving on the Friday evening and departing Sunday a.m. As well as free WiFi for guests.Location I found was good close to alot of places of my interest, easy access. Also a bar fridge in the room I stayed in.Air con/heating worked well.T.V in the room.

I stayed here, I ate here and I drank here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, hard working and fast moving. My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs or other rooms after I went to bed. I really appreciated the fact that I could take my bike to my room. The bar, the bistro and the accommodation was full and it was a very friendly and chilled vibe. The menu was great and had something for everyone including vegetarian and vegans.

Amazing customer service! I'm sad i never caught his name to give him a shout out but the gentleman who checked us in was super nice and patient when explaining to us about payment plus in the morning as I was checking out, I asked about the $4 coffee they advertise and he said he'll make it with the same positive energy and oh my gosh that was a great cappuccino! I also liked how the female bathrooms had their own lock, so it made me more comfortable knowing others can waltz in

Cally Hotel went above and beyond expectations. We just stopped during a road trip and arrived very very late. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy. Bathroom was very very clean (normally I'm a bit "ick" for a shared bathroom). I was able to feel very freshened up after driving for about two days straight. Room was clean, and I could open the window for fresh air which is important to me. Convenient parking (literally right in front of the hotel door). Quiet.

Sarah

I felt safe in the dorm. The female toilets were also locked and needs a pin to access, which I appreciate. The amenities were clean. The rooms were above the bar and was worried that the noise level would be disruptive. They closed the bar at around 10-11pm. This was on a Monday night, however and can't say much during the weekends. There are security cameras outside as well as inside. I felt safe parking my car at the back.
